unhappy-happy bonsai

Not happy. The Bonsai was loose (out of the dirt) with not roots. Not protected for shipping. Also there seems to be a fungus or mold on the trunk. I did contact seller but no response as to resolving this unfortunate situation.
The second Bonsai I received was beautiful and I am very happy with it and would purchase from this site again.
