Came with yellowing and root rot

I tried to contact the seller about the plant coming to me with leaf yellowing and such. No attempt to solve the issue has been made. It came with root rot, and it’s been almost 2 weeks since I sent them the first message about my defective order. The plant has lost 3 leaves since then and is about to lose another one soon with every leaf having steady yellowing. I repotted it as soon as I found out it was root rot and I hope that it recovers soon. The soil that it came in came soaking wet. That should’ve been my sign that something was wrong. The seller just told me that it was shipping stress and that it happens and that’s the only response I’ve gotten. But what I received was a dying plant. It was already dying when it reached my doorstep. Was hoping that they’d put more of an effort to resolve this since they have a refund policy about defective orders. Disappointed.
