Runo Plants Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping our plants to ensure they arrive healthy and beautiful. However, please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Days:

Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to avoid plants sitting in transit over the weekend. Once an order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Weather & Carrier Delays:

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or losses caused by:

    •    Extreme heat or cold

    •    Weather events (storms, freezes, hurricanes, etc.)

    •    Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

    •    Packages marked as “delivered” but stolen or missing

These situations are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

No Refund Policy:

We do not issue refunds for any plant orders.

This includes issues related to:

    •    Weather damage

    •    Shipping delays

    •    Lost or stolen packages

    •    Customer providing an incorrect address

    •    Carrier mishandling

Replacements & Store Credit:

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, you must:

    •    Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

    •    Provide clear photos of the plant and packaging

Once verified, we will offer either:


 A replacement plant

OR

Store credit for the value of the plant

Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future order.

Incorrect Address:

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Photo Proof Required:

All claims must include:

    •    Photo of the plant

    •    Photo of the box

    •    Photo of shipping label

Claims without photos will not be approved.

Live Plant Disclaimer:

Plants are living items and may experience stress during shipping. Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal and do not qualify for replacement or credit.
